LaMichael James arrested

Per kptv.com:
University of Oregon’s star running back LaMichael James was arrested Wednesday.

James was booked into the Lane County Jail on Wednesday morning. The sheriff’s office Web site lists him in jail on charges of strangulation, assault-4 and menacing.

Springfield police have not released any further information about the incident that led them to take James into custody.

CFG Analysis:

Huge news, obviously.  It’s early in the process, but if this is as bad as it sounds you might want to remember the name Lache Seastrunk.  The incoming freshman could see more time than expected.
