So should I try to grab Isabelle before getting a couple WR? And then in what order should I try to get the WR in? any one else I should look for?

I’m happy to report my team kicked some ass this week and had our league’s highest point total. Beat my opponent by 120 pts (he was hurt by E Royster, C Polk, Ok D among other disappointments). However I know I still need to upgrade my team going forward.
Here is how my starters performed, 192.6 total pts and still counting:
QB - D Thomas (Ore) - 19
RB - K Barner (Ore) - 52
RB - D Murray (OK) - 38
Flex - M Harris (BC) - 17.6
WR - R Cobb (UK) - 15
WR - D Lewis (TT) - 13 (still in process)
TE - Egnew (MO) - 12
D/ST - Nebraska - 15
K - Welch (Wisk) - 11
Bench
QB - Newton (Aub) 56, Ponder (FSU) 23.2, G Smith (WVU) 14.4
RB - J Hassin (Army) 24, J Thomas (FSU) 8.8, D Scott (Mary) plays Monday, J Calhoun (OK) my handcuff backup for Murray
WR - J Criner (Arz) 26, D Thompson (UF) 2
I need QB for this upcoming week. Thomas is at Tenn, Newton is at Miss St, Ponder is at Okla. I want to drop G Smith and add Matt Barkley as my first choice (vs Vir). K Cousins is also available as my 2nd option (vs FAU neutral site). From the waiver wire grab bag article, in my leauge only D Robinson and T Russell are available, but don’t think I want either one of them as my week 2 starter. Hopefully nobody grabs Barkley before me since I will be last on our waiver wire order this week. Most of our teams are pretty set at QB so hopefully they may look elsewhere for their additions. I think Barkley would be a nice upgrade to my QB unit.
I would also like to upgrade my WRs, likely dropping J Thomas to do so. None of the big names around here like Moe, Blackmon, or UNC’s Boyd are available. I’m really not sure what I can expect from TT’s D Lewis on a weekly basis, plus looking way ahead, if I make the playoffs in week 12, both Cobb and Criner have byes and my other two current WRs face IAA teams (which deduct 20%)
I’m tempted to take a chance on that Keenan Allen kid from Cal. Also in my leauge I have available all the guys from Miss St, Stanford’s Doug Baldwin, OSU’s Sanzenbacher, R Shepard, V Conner from Duke, Cincy’s DJ Woods, TJ Jones from ND, TJ Graham from NC St, Ausbery, Jock Sanders - all those guys did atleast decent this week, but that is about it really from names/teams I would consider. It is slim pickins and again, I am picking last in the waiver wire order.
I plan on dropping WR D Thompson at some point in the future as well unless he unexpectedly finds some consistency. I need some roster room in week 5 to add both a TE and D/ST due to Mizzou and Nebraska byes.
I think I’m good at RB with Murray and Harris. For Flex or byes, I can sprinkle in Hassin from Army occationally, and maybe DaRel Scott and Barner from time to time.
Thanks in advance for your thoughts and opinions.

Question
A guy in our league did auto draft and is loaded at WR but needs RBs and depth.
He has:
R. Cobb
J. Kearse
R. Broyles
I was thinking about going for Cobb with a combo of Criner/Barner since Cobb has a later bye and I am concerned about Murray / Broyles on the same team.
Is that a fair trade, and if not what would you offer?
Am I too quick to dismiss Broyles?
