CFG contributor Marcus Martin takes a look at the Week 11 games that have major college fantasy football implications.
Toledo: Aaron Opelt, Dujuane Collins, Eric Page and Stephen Williams.
Watch for…QB Aaron Opelt. Coming off of a bye week. IF he is fully healthy he should put up huge numbers.
Central Michigan: Dan LeFevour, Antonio Brown, Bryan Anderson and Kito Poblah.
Watch for….QB Dan LeFevour. Toledo has no answer if he is fully recovered from his migraines. 350 yards and 4 total TD’s sounds good.
Bottom Line: Another MAC shootout featuring the best gunslingers the MAC has to offer. Should be wildly entertaining!!
Clemson: Kyle Parker, CJ Spiller and Jacoby Ford.
Watch for….QB Kyle Parker. We all know about the heroics of CJ. Mr. Parker has quietly thrown 14 TD’s this year. Add at least 3 more to his total.
NC State: Russell Wilson, Toney Baker, Jarvis Williams and Owen Spencer.
Watch for….QB Russell Wilson. Ranked 10th nationally in total offense. Thrown for over 300 yards last 2 weeks.
Bottom Line: Clemson will score vs the Wolfpack but Mr. Wilson will get his shots in as well. CJ will be CJ and score 2 different ways!
Texas A&M: Jerrod Johnson, Ryan Tannehill and Jeff Fuller.
Watch for…WR Jeff Fuller. 3 catches for 37 yds last week. Both of those numbers will increase this week.
Oklahoma: Landry Jones, Chris Brown, DeMarco Murray, Ryan Broyles and Brandon Caleb.
Watch for….QB Landry Jones. The Aggies are last in the Big 12 in pass defense (249 yds per game). Jones is going to have a huge day.
Bottom Line: The Aggies will have to keep up because Boomer Sooner is going to score and score often in this one.
Notre Dame: Jimmy Clausen, Armando Allen, Golden Tate and Michael Floyd.
Watch for….O-Line play. When you have Clausen at QB throwing to the best WR tandem in America, all you need is time to throw.
Pittsburgh: Bill Stull, Dion Lewis, Jonathan Baldwin and Dorin Dickerson.
Watch for….RB Dion Lewis. Dion Lewis is peaking. Notre Dame run defense is not. Case closed. Dion could easily get 150 yards and 2 TD’s.
Bottom Line: I don’t see many stops in this one. Clausen will go for 300 yards and 3-4 TD’s. Stull will “settle” for 250 yds and 2 td’s.
Texas Tech: Seth Doege, Taylor Potts, Baron Batch, Detron Lewis and Alexander Torres.
Watch for….RB Baron Batch. With QB situation quite messy expect Baron to get his fair share of carries. If you are looking to fill a RB void, here he is!
Oklahoma State: Zac Robinson, Keith Toston and Hubert Anyiam.
Watch for…RB Keith Toston. 206 yards and 3 TD’s last week. He may not have the yards from last week but still will give you the TD’s.
Bottom Line: Any game featuring the red raiders should produce plenty of offense and entertainment. This will be no different. Run games could surprise.
