With draft season in full swing, here's a look at some decent value plays when you are on the clock.  These are players that have a great chance to significantly outproduce their current MockDraftCentral ADP.

G.J. Kinne (QB, Tulsa)
ADP:  #38 overall
Kinne has one of the highest ceilings at his position.  Wouldn't you like to snag a potential Top 5 fantasy quarterback in the third round?

Kyle Padron (QB, SMU)
ADP:  #39 overall
Like Kinne above, the sky is the limit for Padron.  In his second year in the June Jones pass-happy system, expect a big jump in production from 2009.

Montel Harris (RB, Boston College)
ADP: #48 overall
Harris isn't the sexiest selection, but he will be one of the more consistent producers in the country.

Landry Jones (QB, Oklahoma)
ADP:  #57 overall
Jones has been overlooked in many mock drafts thus far.  Not sure why.  He threw 26 TDs last year as a freshman thrust into action when Sam Bradford went down.  He seems to be a shoe-in for 30+ TDs in 2010.

Ricky Dobbs (QB, Navy)
ADP: #59 overall
The dude ran for 27 touchdowns last fall.  Hasn't he earned a higher ADP that this?

Michael Smith (RB, Utah State)
ADP: #71 overall
Smith isn't a household name and whoever drafts him will likely never see him perform.  He presents good value in the 7th or 8th round, where his ADP currently stands.

Derrick Washington (RB, Missouri)
ADP: #79 overall
Washington is one of the fast risers of the preseason and is well worth a selection a couple rounds prior to his current ADP.

Morgan Williams (RB, Toledo)
ADP: #100 overall
Williams is a Top 30 back who stands a good chance to out-produce the other RBs around his current ADP.

Josh Nesbitt (QB, Georgia Tech)
ADP: #132 overall
Nesbitt has been on of the more overlooked players of August drafts thus far.  He's a steal at his current ADP.

MiQuale Lewis (RB, Ball State)
ADP: #135 overall
He won't achieve the greatness of his 2008 campaign, but Lewis is primed for a bounceback season.

Jermaine Kearse (WR, Washington)
ADP: #164 overall
If Jake Locker is going to put up the numbers that most project, Kearse is going to have to put up a 1,000-10 type season.  He's worth a much higher selection than his 164th overall ADP.
