Looking for a reason NOT to draft a top fantasy prospect this year?  Hoping to be talked out of a guy in the first couple rounds?  As difficult as it may be, we try to make a case against the top ten quarterbacks on our Big Board.

Quarterbacks

1. Case Keenum (Houston)
Keenum lost his offensive coordinator, Dana Holgorsen, who jumped ship for Stillwater.  Will his absence lead to a dropoff in production?

2. Colin Kaepernick (Nevada)
The Cyborg Gazelle got off to a terrible fantasy start last fall on non-conference play (Missouri, Notre Dame & Colorado State) before turning on the jets and dominating the WAC.  Colorado State (who seemingly has his number), BYU and Cal could pose similar problems this September.

3. Jerrod Johnson (Texas A&M)
JJ was running for his life for most of last season behind a subpar o-line, and was sacked 29 times.  He'll be operating behind another inexperienced line this fall. Also, his fantasy playoff matchups are awful (Week 12 - Nebraska, Week 13 - at Texas).

4. Dwight Dasher (Middle Tennessee)
Dasher lost offensive coordinator Tony Franklin, who was widely credited with turning his QB into a fantasy stud.  That was our main concern until yesterday, when we learned that Dasher is under investigation for some sort of checking scandal.  Yikes.

5. Zach Collaros (Cincinnati)
Collaros loses head coach and offensive mastermind Brian Kelly.  Collaros looked good in limited time in 2009, but he has yet to prove that he can endure the rigors of an entire season.

6. Jake Locker (Washington)
The schedule is not favorable.  Two bye weeks in the meat of the schedule, plus out of conference tilt against the Blackshirts of Nebraska.  Locker is one of those guys you must have complete faith in to start him through a few rough schedule patches.

7. G.J. Kinne (Tulsa)
Kinne was beaten to a pulp last year behind a woeful offensive line.  46 sacks!  Can the line protect him so that he can make it through the season?

8. Kellen Moore (Boise State)
Moore likely won't set the world on fire in September as he faces Virginia Tech, a BYE week, and Oregon State.  He also has a second bye week in Week 8 and his juicy match up against Utah State falls outside the scope of most fantasy leagues (Week 14).

9. Blaine Gabbert (Missouri)
Who is Gabby going to through to?  He loses his top two targets from last fall, Danario Alexander and Jared Perry.  Top returner Jerrel Jackson broke his wrist and will miss the start of the season.  Wes Kemp, another WR Mizzou was hoping to rely on, has had a poor camp and is in danger of losing his job.  Gabbert also has a rough October with a BYE week, plus dates with Oklahoma and Nebraska.

10. Kyle Padron (SMU)
Like Collaros, Padron will have to prove he can make it through an entire season. He loses top receiver Emmanuel Sanders, and won't have RB Shawnbrey McNeal to help loosen up defenses.
