The CFG Reader’s Rumble is a 24-team, head-to-head college fantasy football league sponsored by our friends at U-Sports/AthlonSports and FantasyTrophies.com.  U-Sports was good enough to donate the league management services and FantasyTrophies.com is donating a killer trophy to our winner (see picture below).

Here are the Top 3 highest scoring teams on the season:

Week 6 Review:
* Neil Young’s CRAZYHORSE is the hottest team in The Rumble at the moment.  WR Freddie Barnes appears to be Michael Crabtree reincarnated, and he also has the luxury of inserting Tyler Sheehan into the lineup, giving him a deadly QB-WR combination play.
* The hard luck continued for FSU as he fell to Cantrells Cavalry, 105.60-103.45.  FSU has scored only 18 fewer points than CC on the season, yet his record is 2-5 to CC’s sparkling 6-1.  Fantasy is a funny game sometimes.


Week 7 Lookahead:
* There are 13 teams in the playoff hunt at the moment. Make it Happen, Minimen and Cantrells Calvary are all enjoying 2 game leads in their respective divisions, and are seemingly in the driver’s seat for playoff spots.
* Remember, we are playing a 10 game regular season.  8 teams make the playoffs (4 divisional champs plus 4 wildcards).

The CFG ESPN Pick ‘Em is a pick-the-winner game with a twist: Players must rank their picks in order of confidence.  There are 28 competitors on The Quest for the Fat Man - affectionately referring to the trophy donated by our sponsor, FantasyTrophies.com (see picture above).
