The CFG Reader’s Rumble is a 24-team, head-to-head college fantasy football league sponsored by our friends at U-Sports/AthlonSports and FantasyTrophies.com.  U-Sports was good enough to donate the league management services and FantasyTrophies.com is donating a killer trophy to our winner (see picture below).

Undefeated Teams - The List Has Dwindled from 3 to 0 as Green Man!, Cantrells Cavalry and Mr. Bait all fell!!!

Here are the Top 3 highest scoring teams on the season:

Week 5 Review:
* Green Man! fell to Revenge of the Hoosier in a pathetic “defensive struggle” where neither team was able to hit the century mark (96.80-81.24).
* With the Harrison Hillbillys getting off the winless schnide, the only team left with a goose egg in the W column is Cutters (who apparently has abandoned his team and left it for dead).


Week 6 Lookahead:
* We’ve reached the midway point of the regular season.  Beginning this week, the all-important divisional play begins with good matchups across the board. 
* Remember, we are playing a 10 game regular season.  8 teams make the playoffs (4 divisional champs plus 4 wildcards). 
* There are currently 11 teams with 3 or 4 wins.  Six of them square off this week:
Minimen (4-1) vs. Mister Bait (4-1)
Green Man (4-1) vs. BullGators (3-2)
Cantrells Calvary (4-1) vs. The Laid-Backs (3-2)

CFG ESPN PICK’EM

The CFG ESPN Pick ‘Em is a pick-the-winner game with a twist: Players must rank their picks in order of confidence.  There are 28 competitors on The Quest for the Fat Man - affectionately referring to the trophy donated by our sponsor, FantasyTrophies.com (see picture below).

Weekly Summary
There was a shuffling at the top of the rankings, with Debaser and carolina blue swapping the No. 1 & 3 slots.  Lookin for Heywood was the high point getter for the week (45), with the Oklahoma-Miami game being his lone strike on the docket.  All in all, it was a nice rebound from the disastrous Week 4 where only four players cracked the 30-point mark (14 cracked that mark this week).
